Fix Direct provides appliance repair and maintenance cover plans. Each plan entitles customers to unlimited repairs for covered appliances during the subscription period.

Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in GBP (£ - British Pounds Sterling). Charges will be processed in GBP.
We accept payments securely via Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit/credit cards processed through Stripe.
Order Confirmation
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us at Customer.Service@fixdirect.shop.

Cancellation & Refund
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After 14 days, partial refunds may be considered up to 28 days.

Refunds
