Service Overview

Fix Direct provides appliance repair and maintenance cover plans. Each plan entitles customers to unlimited repairs for covered appliances during the subscription period.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in GBP (£ - British Pounds Sterling). Charges will be processed in GBP.

We accept payments securely via Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit/credit cards processed through Stripe.

Order Confirmation

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us at Customer.Service@fixdirect.shop.

Payments

We accept secure card payments and Direct Debit. You must be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Cancellation & Refund

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After 14 days, partial refunds may be considered up to 28 days.

Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from misuse of appliances.

Prohibited Use & Plan Exclusions

To ensure fair use and protect our service integrity, the following are not covered under any plan:

• Pre-existing damage or faults before plan activation
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering
• Repairs unrelated to normal appliance function
• Illegal or fraudulent use of our platform or services
• Appliances not used as per manufacturer’s guidelines

If any of these apply, your plan may be voided with no refund or support.

Dispute Resolution (Reiterated)

If unhappy with your service or purchase, please contact us first. We strive to resolve disputes fairly and quickly. Avoid raising chargebacks before speaking with us—we’re here to help.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
