Thank you for choosing Fix Direct. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your purchase, we’re here to help.

Terms and Conditions for Refund
You have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date your order is placed.

If you’re not satisfied with your service plan purchase, contact us within 14 days and Fix Direct will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

If more than 14 days have passed, partial refunds may be offered within 28 days at our discretion. No refunds are available after 28 days.

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

  • Phone (card payment)
  • Website
  • Cheque (by post)
  • BACS / Direct Debit

Your 14-day cancellation right applies regardless of payment method.

Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
We do not refund to alternative accounts or cards.

Follow-Up and Payment Processing
Once you purchase a plan, we will contact you to confirm activation and advise when payment will be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds are available.

If payment fails, we will reach out to confirm if you wish to proceed. If we don’t hear back, your plan will be cancelled.

Authorised Payments
Payments must be made by individuals authorised to transact on their own behalf.
Fix Direct does not accept payments made under power of attorney or other third-party authorisations.

Dispute Resolution
If you experience any payment or service issues, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and quickly. Raising a chargeback without speaking to us may delay resolution and affect refund eligibility.
