At Fix Direct, your satisfaction is important. If you change your mind, you can cancel your service plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.


Cancellation Period
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your plan and receive a full refund.
If you cancel after 14 days but within 28 days, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
No cancellations or refunds are available after 28 days.

Prohibited Use & Plan Exclusions
To ensure fair use and maintain service quality, the following are excluded from all plans:

  • Faults or damage present before plan activation
  • Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering
  • Repairs unrelated to normal appliance function
  • Appliances used outside manufacturer guidelines
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of our platform or services

⚠️ If any of these apply, your plan may be voided with no refund or service provided.
